What youll do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region. As a key member of the SEA leadership team you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and align with our global objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that encompass brand building demand generation and customer engagement across multiple channels. Surface and champion customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments.
Integrated Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing events content marketing SEO ABM and performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.
Performance marketing: Drive scalable demand generation campaigns to deliver user growth via performance marketing SEO influencers and more
Field marketing: including first and third party events comarketing with partners product launches and ABM
Team Management: Build mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales product and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Airwallexs presence in Southeast Asia tailoring strategies to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to inform strategy optimise campaigns and report on key performance indicators
Who you are
Were looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
15 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B marketing in technology or fintech sectors.
Extensive team management experience
Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market landscape and cultural nuances.
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and lead generation.
Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling marketing teams across multiple markets.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
