We are usually right at the center of action working in project teams that deliver everything from design to the delivery of great cutting-edge solutions in business and technology for clients primarily in Germany. As a consultant you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector especially banks insurance companies and investment firms.

About your manager

Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy complex program delivery and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.

Job description & summary

• You will work on projects for our clients.

• Analyzing and mapping business requirements.

• Assisting with the design and implementation of solutions.

• Presenting implemented solutions to customers.

• Building and managing relationships with clients on a daily basis.

Requirements of the role

• A completed university degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or financial services.

• Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment

• A passion for technologies and their applications in business.

• A good understanding of economics and management issues.

• An open approach to finding innovative solutions.

• Willingness to learn new tools and solutions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for everyday life working with clients and teams.

• Motivated ambitious and hard-working with a friendly mindset.

• Self-starter and a can-do attitude.
