Job Summary

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician youll support patients and providers by managing prescription intake and clarification. This role is phone- and computer-based working closely with doctors offices and patients to ensure prescriptions are accurate and processed efficiently. Our facilities are closed to the public providing a secure and focused work environment.
Training Period:
April 13 2026 May 22 2026
8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. CST MondayFriday
Post-Training Schedule:
9:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m. CST MondayFriday
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from physician offices
Take and document verbal prescriptions
Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems
Respond to physician and patient inquiries
Clarify prescription details (dosage quantity directions)
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Position Requirements
Work Location: Work-from-home position; must reside within 75 miles of Memphis TN. Mississippi and Arkansas residents must work onsite
High School Diploma or GED required
Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office internet and email use
Previous call center experience preferred
Dedicated quiet home workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math proficiency
