Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Key Account Manager Iberia to drive our expansion across Spain and Portugal.

This is a high-ownership market-building role combining new business generation (70%) with strategic account growth (30%).

You will be responsible for building the Iberian market from the ground upcreating pipeline closing enterprise deals and expanding key accounts.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is a market-building role requiring education-led selling.
You will often need to create demand not just convert it.

What Youll Do

New Business Development (70%)

  1. Build and own the Iberia pipeline from near-zero to a scalable revenue engine
  2. Identify target and close enterprise opportunities across Spain and Portugal
  3. Lead the full sales cyclefrom outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing
  4. Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across key industries
  5. Position C-MORE as a strategic solution for ESG risk and performance

Key Account Management (30%)

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Iberian clients
  2. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  3. Build long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Act as a strategic advisor aligned with client priorities

Market Building & Strategy

  1. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia
  2. Provide continuous feedback on market needs messaging and positioning
  3. Represent C-MORE in key ecosystems events and strategic conversations

What Were Looking For

  1. 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS data ESG or similar)
  2. Strong hunter profile with proven ability to generate and close new business
  3. Experience in building or scaling a market/territory from near-zero
  4. Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  5. Ability to sell through education insight and consultative approaches
  6. Experience managing and growing key accounts
  7. Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  8. Deep understanding of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal)
  9. Fluency in Portuguese Spanish and English (mandatory)
  10. Entrepreneurial hands-on mindsetcomfortable with ambiguity and ownership
