1.批量承接由商务拓展直销等销售团队获取的行业客户
2.根据公司战略及业务发展目标制定所负责客户类型的维护续约和额外销售计划
3.指导团队有效分解执行步骤设定工作计划时间线管理团队达到预期目标帮助客户群持续稳定交易并发掘客户需求拓展服务种类为客户创造长期价值并提升空中云汇平台上的支付交易量和收入支撑公司整体的业务发展规划
4.深入理解进出口电商Digital数字媒体游戏在线教育B2B外贸国际物流等行业企业在跨境收支汇兑与外汇风险管理等领域的痛点在准确搜集行业产品需求后与公司内部产品团队负责人工作团队进行有效沟通完善行业综合解决方案提升客户体验增强客户粘性
5.保持对行业相关领域内各类信息的敏感和追踪及时反馈并建议推动业务可持续发展

任职要求

1.大学本科及以上学历
2.3年以上相关工作经验有销售客户运营团队管理经验银行/跨境支付/外汇/跨境电商背景优先
3.有极强的自我驱动力以结果为导向对结果负责
4.有优秀的领导力和团队协作能力以人为本培育长期合作促进团队成长
5.具备优秀的策划与客户沟通能力能够基于数据分析客户行为总结共性问题在客户群中建立影响力和长期合作关系
6.优秀的学习能力和沟通能力思维敏捷有良好的应变能力和承压能力
7. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的分析能力能够捕捉引领市场变化
