您将加入中国区销售团队您的主要职责为

• 核心销售负责港口机械如起重机装载机输送设备等矿山机械如挖掘机破碎机矿用运输车等的市场开拓客户开发及销售工作完成公司下达的年度季度月度销售指标销售额回款率客户开发数量等
• 团队管理负责团队的日常指导业务培训工作分配及业绩考核搭建高效的小型销售小组提升团队整体销售能力和执行力
• 客户管理维护现有核心客户关系定期拜访客户了解客户需求及设备使用情况解决客户合作过程中的疑问投诉及售后衔接问题提升客户满意度和忠诚度促进二次合作及转介绍
• 市场调研深耕港口矿山机械行业市场调研行业发展趋势竞争对手动态产品价格体系及客户需求变化收集市场信息并整理分析为公司产品优化销售策略调整提供合理化建议 商务洽谈负责客户对接商务谈判合同签订回款跟进等全流程工作把控销售风险确保合同顺利履行回款及时到位
• 协同配合与公司技术部售后部采购部等相关部门紧密配合协调解决客户在设备选型技术参数安装调试售后保障等方面的需求提升客户体验 完成上级交办的其他销售及管理相关工作

任职要求

• 学历要求本科及以上学历市场营销机械工程国际贸易等相关专业优先条件优秀者可放宽
• 经验要求3年及以上港口机械矿山机械相关销售经验熟悉行业产品知识市场格局及销售流程有明确的销售业绩产出可提供过往业绩证明者优先
• 能力要求具备较强的市场开拓能力客户沟通能力商务谈判能力及抗压能力能独立开发客户完成销售指标具备基础的团队管理思维善于指导下属激发团队潜力具备良好的执行力责任心及职业素养做事严谨诚信可靠
• 其他要求能适应长期出差针对港口矿山客户拜访需求熟悉办公软件WordExcelPPT有港口矿山行业客户资源者优先
