Role Overview
An exciting executive opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to drive strategic growth and ensure robust financial governance. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term business performance providing insight and guidance to the leadership team and safeguarding financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead forecasting budgeting and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulatory and international accounting standards.
Manage capital structure funding and cash flow optimization.
Oversee internal controls audits and enterprise risk management.
Advise the CEO and Board on performance and strategic opportunities.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline.
Recognized professional qualification (CA(SA) CPA ACCA or CIMA).
MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Experience Required
At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within FMCG or Manufacturing with significant turnover exposure.
