– Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer (Procurement – P2P)

Location: India (Remote Must be flexible to Work with some US hours overlap with US Central Time Zone 8 am to 12 noon

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer Procurement (P2P) to support a critical procurement transformation initiative. The consultant will operate remotely from India with some US hours overlap to enable real-time collaboration with onsite US project teams. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong Procure to Pay technical development skills sound functional understanding of Oracle Fusion procurement Oracle Fusion AP with excellent communication abilities and the capability to stretch work hours during peak delivery periods. Experience in Fleet or Rental Car domains such as National-Alamo Enterprise Rent-a-Car Hertz Avis etc. is preferred.

• Design & Develop and enhance technical components across Oracle Fusion Procurement (P2P) modules.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC (preferred).
• Create and maintain BI Publisher reports dashboards and OTBI analytics.
• Develop and validate FBDI/ADFDI templates for data loads and transformations.
• Support development of RICEW components including conversions extensions and workflows.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL development troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning.
• Participate in design discussions sprint meetings and requirement workshops aligned with EST hours.
• Support SIT UAT regression cycles and resolve technical issues in P2P modules.
• Assist in data migration for suppliers catalogs POs and procurement-related entities.
• Document all technical designs test cases and provide knowledge transfer to the team.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of development tasks.
• Translating functional requirements into technical design
• Communication with functional consultants

• 7 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion).
• 4 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (P2P).
• Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP Cloud) understanding of Procurement Finance and associated Data models (tables business objects)
• BI Publisher (BIP) - Report development (XML RTF templates)
• Data templates & bursting - OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Building analyses and dashboards
• Business logic customization
• Strong technical expertise in SQL PL/SQL BI Publisher OTBI and FBDI/ADFDI.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations; OIC experience preferred.
• Experience developing RICEW components in Fusion Procurement.

• Must be able to work fully in US Eastern Time Zone (8 AM 5 PM EST).

• Experience in Fleet Rental Car or Automotive industries such as Hertz Avis or Enterprise.
• Experience with large-scale procurement integrations and data conversions.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of core P2P processes including Purchasing SSP Supplier Portal and Sourcing.
