Full Stack Developer – Kafka + ADK + Financial Services Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in distributed systems event-driven architecture and AI development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apache Kafka Agent Development Kit (ADK) frameworks and prior experience working within the financial services or banking domain.

This role involves building scalable enterprise-grade applications integrating AI-driven workflows and supporting high-performance transactional environments.

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents using ADK / Agentic AI frameworks
• Integrate APIs microservices and real-time streaming platforms
• Work with financial systems handling high-volume transactions and sensitive data
• Collaborate with architects product owners and infrastructure teams
• Optimize application performance resiliency and security
• Participate in code reviews CI/CD processes and production deployments

• Strong Full Stack development experience
• Hands-on expertise with:
