Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Act as the primary contact for all service-related customer communications delivering a responsive and empathetic experience.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including invoicing reporting and documentation management.
Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance Scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up on outstanding service quotes and liaise with customers to facilitate approvals.
Support the management of the equipment loan pool including tracking and follow-up of outstanding loans.
Support calibration of test equipment.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in customer service ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent time management planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred (training provided).
