Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Design Manager to lead the creative development design execution and production of high-quality brand activations and events. This role sits at the intersection of creative ambition and operational delivery. It requires someone who can translate briefs into strong design direction lead technical execution manage production realities and protect the integrity of the idea from concept to on-site delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a candidate who is just as comfortable in concept development and design reviews as they are supervising fabrication installation and live execution.
What You Will Own
- Lead brainstorming sessions and translate client briefs into compelling 2D and 3D design concepts mood boards and storyboards.
- Oversee the full design-to-production workflow from technical drawings and site surveys to fabrication logistics and installation.
- Ensure creative ideas are developed into experiences that are both visually strong and operationally feasible.
- Manage vendors and specialist partners including scenic builders AV teams printers and fabricators to ensure quality execution.
- Supervise builds installations and live activations to ensure design integrity safety and delivery standards are maintained.
- Develop and manage project budgets estimates and procurement requirements with strong commercial discipline.
- Lead and develop the design team including direct oversight of the Creative Design Lead Creative Design Executive and Creative Design Intern.
- Strengthen creative systems team performance and collaboration across design production and project teams.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in experiential marketing event production or agency creative design.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Creative Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful events installations and brand activations.
- Deep understanding of production materials fabrication printing and AV systems.
- Strong organizational ability strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to manage client expectations directly.
