- Lead recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching on negotiation communication and closing techniques; conduct regular performance reviews and foster a supportive inclusive work environment
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders; prepare detailed market segment action plans and handle complex sales inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications :
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience with at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent senior sales management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership recruitment training performance management and talent development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis sales forecasting and financial acumen
