What you will be doing:
- Supervise and support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team
- Inspect guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel and brand standards
- Provide guidance training and coaching to colleagues to maintain high service and performance standards
- Communicate effectively with Front Office Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Promote a positive respectful and collaborative working environment within the team
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene standards
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
