Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet position based in Memphis TN. This role offers steady miles consistent freight and reliable weekly home time making it ideal for drivers looking for a balanced schedule and dependable income.
Drivers will operate across multiple regional lanes with predictable routing and modern equipment.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs across multiple surrounding states
- Operating area includes Southwest and nearby regions
- Average:
- 2000 miles per week
- 300-mile average haul length
- Freight includes:
- General dry freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Mix of:
- 5060% drop & hook
- 4050% live unload
Schedule
- Home weekly (34-hour reset)
- Typical 5-day work week
- Consistent routing and scheduling
- Must be available for:
- Weekends
- Holidays
Predictable schedule with steady freight
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1100$1200
- Top Weekly Pay: $1550
Additional Pay:
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM
Bonuses
- $1000 sign-on bonus
- $500 after first load
- $500 after 30 days
Equipment & Work Setup
- 2021 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors
- Well-maintained fleet
- Regional dry van operation
- 24/7 driver support available
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must be able to:
- Run full weekly schedule
- Plan routes effectively
- Work weekends and holidays as needed
