Job Summary
Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated retail account based out of Rialto CA. This is a team driving position offering strong consistent miles and reliable weekly pay.
Drivers will run a high-volume freight lane with steady routes across the Southwest making this ideal for experienced drivers who prefer team driving and consistent movement.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional routes across California and Arizona
- Primary lanes include: Rialto Phoenix Tucson Flagstaff and Bullhead City
- Dedicated retail freight
- 100% no-touch freight (handled by store/local drivers)
- Average 3900 miles per week (team)
- Consistent high-volume freight with minimal downtime
Schedule
- Team driving required
- Home every other day 34-hour reset
- Day and night driving required
- Weekends and most holidays required
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1500
Pay Structure:
- CPM (split): $0.59 $0.70 per mile (team)
Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Equipment & Work Setup
- Team-based operation
- Consistent long-haul regional runs
- Dedicated freight with strong mile availability
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must be willing to run team driving routes
- Must live within 50 miles of Rialto CA (92376)
- Must be able to work day/night shifts weekends and holidays
