Thesis work description:
In this masters thesis you will explore the frontiers of RNA-targeted drug discovery by investigating RNAprotein interactions and developing novel high-throughput in vitro assays. Your work will focus on designing optimizing and validating assays to screen small-molecule libraries for modulators of RNAprotein complexes using advanced technologies such as TR-FRET and AlphaLISA.
You will gain hands-on experience in the design of experiments (DoE) high-throughput assay development and validation quantitative data analysis and scientific thesis writing. As a member of a collaborative research team you will carry out lab experiments interpret your data present findings in scientific meetings and actively contribute to the overall progress of the project.

This is an on-site positionat AstraZeneca Gothenburg.
