MTTW Facility Gas and Chemical Manager

As F11 Facilities Process SystemGCSManager you willbe responsible forsystem engineering and predictive and preventative maintenance of chemicalsystems andmanage the overall shift operation of allchemicalfacility systems in Taiwan Taoyuan site. You provide strategic and tactical leadership and technical guidance to provide reliablesustainableand competitive facilities operationsystemforfabproduction and business success.

Responsibilities and Tasks

System Engineering

• Demonstrate the ability toinitiate plan execute and complete Facilities projects.

• Manage area-specific procedures and documentation.

• Expand capacityin accordance withprocess roadmap and businessneed.

• Establish area budgets and manage all costs associated with project activities.

• Establish regularonsitewalks toidentifyopportunities for improvement.

• Continuallybenchmark Micron and industry best practices in developing a world-classexecution.

• Develop business relationships with contractorswhichprovide serviceto Facilities.

Predictive and Preventative Maintenance

• Demonstrate the ability to schedule andfacilitateexecutionforrequired PM activities.

• Promote area-specific procedures and documentation.

• Establish area budgets and manage all costs associated with maintenance activities.

• Utilize metrics to evaluate current and past performance.

• Implementregularonsitewalks toidentifyopportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate regular studies on redundancy spare part needs and PM effectiveness to reduceexpenditures and increase reliability.

• Continuallybenchmark Micron and industry best practices in developing a world-classexecution.

• Develop business relationships with contractorswhichprovide serviceto Facilities.

Shift Operation

• Provide operations to system engineering teams and ensure that operation systems meet specifications and compliance.

• Provide immediate problem-solving to mitigate production impact and interruption.

• Work with system engineers to set operation procedures and set training packages forthe operationteam.

• Promote constructive feedback tosystem engineering andmaintenanceteams onsystem design maintenance andoperations.

Technology Innovation

• Engage suppliers to explore the most advanced FAC strategies technologies and systems for competitiveness.

Environmental Health Safety and Security

• Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensurethattherereno non-complianceissuestoapplicablecodes/regulations.

• Take the necessary discipline to ensure noincidents of personal injuries safety hazardsor environmentalpollution.

Cost Reduction

• Spend limited budget for areliablesustainableand competitive facilities operation system and become costBiC.

• Provide a transparent and precise cashflow projection in every funding/expense forecast cycle.

• Review cost reduction opportunities according to top-down targetas well as costBiC.

Team Building

• Care and develop team members performance capability engagement andaspiration. And cultivate Micron core values insidedepartment.

• Conductthereach performanceactivities which have clearjob responsibilitiesperformance/developmentobjectivesquarterly check-in annual performance rating and ranking PSP.

• Create successorplans training programs and career development.

• Increase productivity by workload reduction and balance operation efficiency improvement and OT management.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Facilities with a minimum of 5 years insystemengineer&systemmanagerial role.

• Strong interpersonal skills set ensuring clear and soundcommunication.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials.
