Senior Engineer Facilities and UtilitiesJob Description:
The Role:
The core purpose of aCapital Engineeris toaccountfor the end-to-end execution of assignedprojectsforthemanufacturing plant.Work with stakeholders toexecuteplanssafely andtrack progress of projects through design phases frominceptionto handover.
Typicalvalueof projects varies from USD 50K to 2M.
Project:Manufacturing SpaceExpansion Install New Blending Tank and Build Warehouse with Underground Water Tank
In this role you will:
Plan facility changes for plant office and production equipment layouts working toward economy of operation maximum use of facilities and equipment and compliance with laws and regulations.
Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
Reviews andestimatesdesign costs including equipment installation labor materials preparation and other related costs.
Inspectsconstruction and installation progress for conformance toestablisheddrawings specifications and schedules.
Developscriteria and performancespecificationsto meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
Traits webelieve make a strong candidate:
Abachelors degree inMechanicalor Chemicalengineering.
Experience in project management with more than 2 years
Moderate English skill isto communicate with stakeholders through mail
General knowledge ofMicrosoft Office andComputer Aided Design(CAD) software
