About the job
As a Complex Order Handler you will be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Complex component Project Field Service and Service Operations Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries.
Other duties include:
Providing exceptional customer support during the process: order status delivery date. Purchase control and preparation of suppliers shipping documents.
Export & Import coordination: documentation logistics custom clearance.
Handling of suppliers database.
Backlog and WIP maintenance.
What you know
You have 3 years of experience working with ERP systems especially within order handling.
You bring solid technical knowledge perhaps from customer support service operations purchasing engineering project coordination or similar roles.
You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
You are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite and quickly adapt to new digital tools.
Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
You are used to collaborating with colleagues across departments and locations.
You are familiar with supply chain processes and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in order management.
