Position Summary:

Are you an experienced coordinating distribution Then we need you to coordinate our driver/courier activities.

You will be a part of our Operations support department and will in close cooperation with 8 colleagues and 70 drivers/couriers make sure we deliver and collect as agreed with our customers.

The job is full time with shifts between 6 am and 9 pm

Primary tasks

Motivate service and coach drivers
Make sure that all deliveries and collections are done in the most efficient way and in agreement with our policies and standards
Participate in implementing new procedures and processes
Maintain positive communication and teamwork with drivers customers and colleagues

Skills and personality

Industry and dispatch experience
Good knowledge of Zealand geography
Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English required
Proactive and committed
Team player
Coaching skills
Thrive in a high pace environment
