Were looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager - US to join the growing Grenade team. This dynamic role focuses on key operational administrative and account management tasks to support our business operations across the sports nutrition channel in the US. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills be highly organised process-driven and have a keen commercial mindset. Youll be working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations sales revenue commercial reporting and customer satisfaction driving growth across the sports nutrition channel.

How You Will Contribute
- Focused withintheSports Nutritionchannel this role willdevelop &retainprofitable new business opportunitiesthrough our distribution believe launching Grenade into the Sports Nutrition channel across the US will require dedicated support to grow the opportunity.
- As a result you will be targetedatdevelopingthe business across multiple channels from Gyms independent sports nutrition stores military and national accounts such as GNC and vitamin shoppe.
- Agree and execute Joint Business Plans with Contract Caterers that help drive distributiongains
- Liaising with customer decision makerstoact asthekey point ofcontact.
- Strategic market visitsto deliversales incentives and activate the productrange.
- The secondary focus on account management is toretainand grow existing relationships and continue to introduce new product lines toestablishedcustomers.
- Attendance at targeted Trade ShowsBusiness development daysand retail activations where relevant.
- Ensure all relevant administrative and reporting requirements are fulfilledin a timely mannerfor all day-to-day work and ad-hoc requirements when requested.

- Computer literate (MS Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM applications)

- Ability to effectively work alongside Marketing Accounts and Production teams.
