The opportunity
Join our Communications team and play a key role in keeping our organization informed engaged and aligned. You will support the execution of internal communications initiatives at the local and regional level working at the intersection of content culture and strategy.
This is an ideal opportunity for a communications professional at an early stage of their career who is ready to grow within a global fast-paced organization. You will collaborate with HR Business Units and Corporate functions gaining broad exposure to the business and building a strong foundation in internal communications.
How youll make an impact
Support the implementation of internal communications plans at the regional and global level.
Draft and edit communications materials: newsletters intranet content leadership messages and email announcements.
Manage and keep internal communication channels up to date (intranet digital screens collaboration platforms).
Coordinate logistics and content for internal events such as town halls and leadership meetings.
Ensure all messages are consistent with corporate guidelines and brand standards.
Track engagement metrics and support reporting on internal communications performance.
Collaborate with HR and Business Units to effectively cascade key messages.
Support change communication initiatives when needed.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
Strong writing and editing skills in English.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset and proactive service-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and a digital-first approach.
