Job Summary

WisEngineering is seeking a versatile Mid-Level Developer to join a medium-sized Agile team. You will drive the full SDLCfrom front-end interfaces to back-end servicesto deliver high-quality enhancements system optimizations and bug fixes. The ideal candidate balances autonomous problem-solving with collaborative communication. You are comfortable taking a feature from a Jira ticket all the way through the SDLC to deployment via Jenkins but you also have the professional maturity to raise your hand when you hit a wall. Youll be a key player in our Agile ceremonies helping us maintain secure programming standards and producing the kind of documentation that makes the whole team better.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable features using C#/.NET and Svelte.
System Optimization: Refine codebase performance and optimize relational database queries.
SDLC Management: Participate in the entire lifecycle including secure programming practices and Git-based version control.
Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical documentation for complex system architectures.
Collaboration: Work within an Agile framework (Jira/Jenkins) to meet sprint goals and peer-review code.

Back-End: C# REST Entity Framework LINQ
Front-End:Svelte JavaScript MVC
Database:Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Relational Design & Optimization
Core Concepts:OOP Design Patterns Secure Programming
Tools & Process:Git Atlassian Jira Jenkins Agile Methodology
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in mid-level full-stack roles with large integrated codebases.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and a rapid learner mindset.
Work Style: Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate blockers.
