您將參與污染控制知識的開發設備故障排除統計製程控制SPC管理回應安全與稽核要求並負責潔淨室環境的穩定性污染控制的範疇包括潔淨室潔淨度靜電放電ESDAMC管理並額外負責協調與執行特殊需求主導與參與防線建立與預防措施並有效控管啟用優先順序以達成品質與穩定性目標
