Job Description:

Job Title:Court Support Agent

Location:Orlando FL (Orange County Courthouse)

Hours: Need to be available for 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday only no weekends!

Pay:$15.00/Hour

Description:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Court Support Agent to join our team at the Orlando Courthouse! In this role you would perform all on-site court support functions in a friendly and professional manner.

Duties

• Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Determine what action is to be taken to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion.
• Interface and assist in the day to day requests questions or problems over the phone or in person from clients and staff.
• Assist in the processing and balancing of all funds received in the Court. Interface balancing process as established with the San Diego CA office
• Responsible for the handling and safekeeping of the money they are receiving at the court locations and that the safe must be kept locked at all times.
• Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner.
• Work support desks or collection desks as assigned.
• Immediately contact management or the human resources department if there are any non compliance issues questionable activities or inappropriate actions taken by any staff.
• Complete manual data entry

Qualifications:

• High School Education or equivalent
  Must pass court based background check
• Able to interact in a pleasant effective creative and professional manner and to be a team player.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
