Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
- Train mentor and support team members to maintain consistent standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address issues or concerns.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
