Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage inventory pricing merchandising and reconditioning processes.
- Appraise trade-ins and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Train coach and develop sales staff to maximize performance.
- Work closely with F&I service and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism integrity and compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
- Strong understanding of vehicle operations inventory management and desking deals.
- Exceptional communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (VinSolutions Dealertrack VAuto).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
