Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and public areas assisting with visitor screening directional support and verification of authorized access in accordance with location policies.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel during routine operations special events and/or unusual situations by maintaining visible presence and communicating relevant updates to appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
