Were looking for graduates who bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to WBDs Financial Planning and Analysis department.
This opportunity begins with a 12week Summer Internship followed by a oneyear rotational Graduate Program for our topperforming interns.
As a program participant youll be assigned to a team and work on realworld handson projects that deepen your understanding of the intersection of finance and entertainment.
START DATE: 1st July 2026
Some examples of what you might do include:
Prepare monthly flash reports providing actual results compared to forecast prioryear and budget.
Assistin preparing monthly quarterly and yearlydeliverables. This includes creating reports by titleprofitand loss (P&L) statements and explaining differences in cash flow.
Combine different financial reports for the EMEA region to createaccurateandtimelyresults. This includes analyzing differencesidentifyingtrends and sharing these insights with finance leaders including the EMEA CFO.
Prepare roll-forwards comparing plan results to prior forecast prioryearand budget.
Refresh financial models and help map financial data between different systems.
Participate in company-wideprojectsi.e.new system implementations and process redesign.
Assistwith ad hoc management reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Currently in the final year of a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Strong foundation in core financial analysis or financial reporting.
Active involvement in student organizations demonstrating initiative.
Excellent communication skills including written verbal and presentation abilities.
A proactive openminded and motivated approach to learning.
A strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in both English and Polish.
