PCSProcess Control SystemグループのR2R EngineerはAPCAuto Process Control / R2R技術を活用したプロセスのリアルタイム自動最適化を推進する重要な役割を担う
各製造工程のプロセス要求に基づきデータ解析を通じたR2Rコントローラーの開発実装最適化および継続的改善を行い工程ばらつき低減や品質異常の未然防止業務効率改善を実現する
またMicronのGlobal Teamおよび海外FabのR2Rチームと密接に連携し
R2Rシステムおよびコントローラーのアップグレードならびにビジネスプロセス改善プロジェクトにも参画する
本業務を通じてAPCの制御理論やMicron APC SystemR2Rシステムに加え
MESをはじめとする生産制御システムプロセスコントロールおよびデータ解析に関する専門性を高め
Micronグローバル組織の一員としてFab横断で価値を発揮するエンジニアとしての成長が期待される

職務内容以下に限定されない

必要な安全教育をすべて完了しMicronの安全方針に従ってすべての作業を実施する
アサインされたプロジェクト業務についてスケジュール管理を行い実行する
プロセスコントロール(SPC)の基本コンセプトを理解し各プロセスエリアのR2R開発を行う
R2Rコントローラーの開発生産への適応最適化効果的で効率的な斬新なソリューションの提供を行う
ステークホルダーとのパートナーシップによりプロセス制御モデルの作成や品質向上のための方策を実施
エリアやFabプロセスコントロールモデルに影響を与えるR2Rシステムのトラブルシューティング
最良のソリューションを提供するためローカルレベルとグローバルレベルのプロジェクトチームとのコラボレーションを実施
Yield改善活動(YLR)をリードする他部署(YEPEE)のメンバーと協力しYieldと相関の強いParameterのばらつきを低減させるまたYLR Business Processの改善も行いYield改善に貢献する

資格(すべて満たしている必要はなし)

一般的な統計プロセスコントロールSPCプロセス制御およびデータ解析の知識を有する
Fabプロセスや装置についての基本的な理解
分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っている
テクニカルな話題を理解発表教育開発を行う能力がある
Fabの装置とITホストのコミュニケーションやデータフローの理解がある
チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ連携した業務の遂行が出来る
時間管理マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている
Microsoft OfficeExcel/Word/Power pointスキルを有する
英語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する高校卒業程度

学歴経験

エンジニア関連分野での学士号または同等の経験
