The Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management/Director of Enrollment Events & Workforce Development provides strategic leadership for the planning execution and assessment of enrollment-focused events. This role is responsible for designing high-impact recruitment and yield events in collaboration with cross-campus constituents. The Assistant Dean will work closely with the Dean to identify articulate and advance the Deans vision for workforce development team building and transparent effective communication across the division. This role serves as a strategic thought partner and implementation lead translating leadership priorities into clear messaging coordinated initiatives and structured addition division planning is accomplished via data-driven outcomes campus-wide partnerships and systematic collaboration and planning with all content areas within the Enrollment Management division
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Masters degree in student affairs education or counseling required.
10-12 or more years demonstrated experience working with Enrollment Events in a higher education setting.
Project management experience and ability to articulate strategies/approach.
Strong analytical problem solving collaborative and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with all members of the university community.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously able to manage a variety of projects at one time.
Demonstrated experience with Peoplesoft Microsoft Office software Salesforce and Slate.
Excellent written and communication skills.

This position is a full-time benefited non-unit professional position in gradeP22.Anticipated salary based on range and candidates qualifications. Range minimum: $103747; 25th quartile: $119309 midpoint: $134871 with 75th quartile of $150433.
