Where youll be:
This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte NC.
About the Role:
The Associate Product Manager Dish Care supports the development maintenance and optimization of the dishwasher product this role youll manage product data track project progress and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product specifications and literature are accurate and launchready. You will contribute to new product introductions collaborate across R&D design manufacturing purchasing and suppliers and help support annual product planning. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail the ability to manage multiple projects clear communication and a collaborative mindset in a fastmoving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new model setups and maintain accurate product specifications across systems
Order and coordinate sample products for field testing photography and events
Track project status and provide clear crossfunctional updates
Support larger Product Line initiatives while owning assigned new product launches
Contribute to annual global strategy and planning efforts for the dishwasher category
Ensure all product literature is complete accurate and available at launch
Collaborate with R&D Design Manufacturing Purchasing and Suppliers on innovation development and costefficiency initiatives
Maintain a thorough understanding of internal product lineups and competitive offerings
Provide commercial teams with accurate product information and specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
4 years of experience in marketing engineering product planning proposal development product management or project management
Experience with merchandising financial analysis or costaccounting principles (preferred)
Familiarity with consumer durables and sales channels such as homebuilder or retail markets (preferred)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
