Client Success Intern

Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the Client Success team. This role will provideadditionalcapacity for key initiatives and day-to-day operational support enabling Client Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on strategic high-impact work.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in client operations analytics and cross-functional collaboration while contributing meaningfully to ongoing Client Success initiatives.

Progynys internship program begins June 2nd 2026 and culminates with a presentation to senior leadership.

What youll do

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Assist with administrative and tactical responsibilities including data entry client communications andmaintainingclient records.

• Support the execution of operational processes that improve team workflows and performance.

Client Success Initiatives:

• Contribute to ongoing Client Success projects such as client satisfaction surveys onboarding guides and process improvements.

• Support client-facing initiatives including webinars communications and other engagement activities as needed.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Help collect organize and analyze client data toidentifytrends opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Support reporting efforts that inform Client Success strategies and decision-making.

Content & Knowledge Management:

• Partner with Client Success team members to enhance and develop internal content withinSpekit Progynys knowledge management platform.

• Help ensure documentationremainsaccurate accessible and aligned with evolving team needs.

About you...

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in business operations analytics healthcare administration or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in client success operations or healthcare technology

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools

In compliance with New York Citys Wage Transparency Law the hourly salary wage range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/required.
