The role

As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for significant revenue retention identification of growth opportunities commercial negotiation and delivering a winning strategy for FCMs largest corporate customers. Using the customer business goals and objectives as the roadmap you will work with the customer to ensure the smooth running and optimisation of their tech stack optimising performance and user experience and introducing enhancements where it would be of benefit to the customer goals and program objectives.
