Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned to divisional and group objectives
- Lead overall business performance including profitability growth and cost optimisation
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across all operational sites
- Drive operational efficiency workforce productivity and performance management
- Oversee supply chain procurement and inventory optimisation through data-driven systems
- Ensure full compliance with environmental health safety and pest control regulations
- Maintain all statutory certifications licences and audit requirements
- Build and sustain strong client supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Represent the division at executive forums and industry platforms
