Job Summary
Supports the Facilities Department by assisting completing all assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work.
Responsibilities
Performs preventive maintenance tasks.
Completes and maintains preventive maintenance reports.
Assists maintenance technicians in completion of tasks and to learned techniques methods and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Basic Mechanical abilities with the use of hand tools.
A valid state drivers license with a clean driving record.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent standing walking use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Able to sit; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high places fumes or airborne particles outside weather conditions variable indoor temperatures smoke lighting and noise levels.
