Team Lead 3D Artist (Interiors)

Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. Hybrid role- 2 days in office

To start asap- 3 month contract- with potential to move on to a permanent contract

Soluis () are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to manage a small pod of 3D Artists (up to 4) while delivering high-quality interior visualisations. Youll set the creative standard mentor the team and stay actively involved in production.

What youll do

Lead support and develop a team of artists
Stay hands-on creating high-quality interior scenes (3DS Max essential)
Oversee rendering texturing and final visual quality
Manage workloads priorities and delivery timelines
Translate client briefs into high-quality outputs

What were looking for

Strong experience in architecture / real estate visualisation
Proven senior-level 3D artist with leadership or mentoring experience
Advanced skills in 3DS Max and V-Ray
Excellent eye for detail lighting and composition
Strong understanding of real-time constraints and workflows
Organised adaptable and a confident communicator
English spoken and written comms
