Key responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Specialist supports daily endtoend supply chain activities to ensure products materials and information flow efficiently across procurement inventory logistics and distribution processes. The role focuses on operational execution data accuracy and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The Supply Chain Specialist supports daily endtoend supply chain activities to ensure products materials and information flow efficiently across procurement inventory logistics and distribution processes. The role focuses on operational execution data accuracy and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Supply & Demand Support
- Assist with collecting validating and updating demand and supply data;
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or excess inventory;
- Update planning tools and systems with accurate order and forecast information.
- Raise purchase orders and track order status with suppliers;
- Ensure timely delivery by following up on delays discrepancies or missing documentation;
- Maintain supplier records pricing updates and delivery metrics.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and support cycle counts;
- Maintain accurate ERP/warehouse system data;
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and support corrective actions.
Logistics & Distribution Support
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and warehouses;
- Prepare shipping documentation (delivery notes customs forms labels);
- Monitor shipment tracking and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain supply chain databases spreadsheets and documentation;
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports (inventory delivery accuracy stock levels);
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Procurement Warehouse Finance and Customer Service teams to resolve daily operational issues;
- Provide timely updates on supply chain status to stakeholders;
- Support new product launches with data updates material readiness and logistics coordination.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain Business Operations Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Advanced Turkish language proficiency;
- English languages to a business level proficiency;
- Strong Excel or data management skills;
- Experience with ERP or supply chain systems (SAP Oracle Dynamics etc.);
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in supply chain logistics procurement or planning (13 years);
- Knowledge of supply chain principles inventory management and logistics processes;
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
