Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams which build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add Energy Facilities Operations Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager the Energy Facilities Operations Engineer role is responsible for applies engineering values to design modify or develop facilities testing machines equipment or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ensure effective electricity generation and management within the facility.
- Oversee co-generation systems including maintenance operation and supervision of personnel.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and operational requirements for co-generation facilities.
- Interpret and analyze single-line diagrams to assess electrical configurations and systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge in mechanical installations electromechanical engineering and energy engineering.
- Supervise a team to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS Electromechanical engineer energy engineer or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate English.
- Jr or mid-experience in a similar position as a facilities engineer with energy focus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and generation processes.
- Mechanical installations and facility management experience.
- Cogeneration experience is a plus.
- AutoCAD 2D 3D. Microsoft Office Knowledge.
- Availability to travel (10 % per year).
- Experience as a project engineer and in dealing with suppliers.
