Facilities Maintenance Engineer I

This position will plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities provide administrative support to the department lead and coordinate technical staff cleaning personnel and external suppliers. Manage departmental needs in alignment with the direct supervisor analyze and monitor company utilities and continuously seek opportunities to optimize resources and improve departmental efficiency.

JOB DUTIES:

• Plan coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities ensuring compliance with the annual maintenance plan.
• Lead and coordinate technical staff cleaning personnel and external suppliers to ensure effective execution of maintenance and facilities activities.
• Ensure proper monitoring control and optimization of building utilities (water energy gas temperature and humidity) to prevent failures and reduce waste.
• Ensure plant equipment and facilities operate reliably to support production and provide a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Manage supplier activities and material availability including the creation of Shopping Carts to support operational needs.
• Promote and enforce compliance with HSE requirements encouraging safe behaviors and participating in Gemba walks.
• Support the implementation and compliance of Quality Environmental and Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001) and internal policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including ROE practices training completion and internal/external customer requirements.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment that provides comfort to plant personnel offices kitchen and cafeteria areas.
• Follow up on various requests and requirements from operational personnel.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 1 years of relevant experience
• Electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Interpretation of electrical electronic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems vacuum pumps water pumps and electric motors.
• Microsoft Office SAP Autocad Interpretation
• Experience in Building maintenance and water treatment systems.
