Job Summary

Who you are:

Lakepointe Church is seeking a highly organizational execution-driven Project Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives across Operations including IT Facilities People Operations Security and Finance. This role is responsible for bringing clarity structure and momentum to a diverse portfolio of projects that directly enable ministry effectiveness across multiple campuses.

This individual will serve as a central coordination point - ensuring projects are properly scoped resourced tracked and completed on time and within budget - while maintaining alignment with Lakepointes mission and values.

What youll do:

Support the Lead Pastor of Operations and Director of Operations with project planning management and budgeting
Lead the planning execution and delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope goals timelines and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
Proactively identify risks dependencies and constraints; implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Partner with leaders across IT Facilities HR Security and Finance to prioritize and align initiatives
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure clarity and accountability
Serve as the hub for operational project activity across all campuses
Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies tools and reporting structures
Drive consistency in how projects are requested approved tracked and evaluated
Coordinate with external vendors contractors and consultants as needed
Assist in managing project budgets bids and contracts
Provide scope and sequence documentation for project approval and alignment
Communicate project timelines progress and ministry impact to ministry leaders
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
Provide exceptional customer service to staff members and church members

Skills & Experience youve had:

Bachelors degree
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
