Head of Marketing

Were looking for a strategic marketing leader who can build a high-performing marketing engine that drives customer acquisition engagement and retention while strengthening our brand across the UK & Ireland. This role blends strategy leadership and execution perfect for someone who loves making marketing happen.
As Head of Marketing you will:
- Lead Marketing Strategy: define brand vision drive acquisition/retention inspire creative thinking
- Deliver Measurable Results: optimise campaigns digital performance insights and analytics
- Build and Develop the Team: coaching accountability culture of learning
- Partner Across the Business: Sales People CSR and leadership to ensure marketing impact is visible
We are looking for a confident collaborative influencer who is comfortable operating at pace partnering with senior leadership and working with an experienced team to take marketing to the next level.
About You
- 8 years experience in B2B marketing with proven senior leadership success (client or agency side will be considered)
- Strong expertise in brand campaigns digital strategy and demand generation
- Experienced with CRM systems analytics and martech platforms
- Able to translate insights into commercial action
- Confident collaborative and results-driven leader who enjoys developing teams and building strong partnerships
