As aSenior UI Designer you will play a critical role by bringing to life effective and inspiring digital experiencefocused willestablishand sell throughstrategiccreativedesignvisions that ladder up to our clients businessgoals andultimately providetheir customers with purposeful and elevated digital experiences. You will apply your exceptional taste to shape design and guide executions that are attractive intuitive and engaging. You will effortlessly present andhelpsell work to clients building strong and trusted relationships along the way. Whatyoulldo:

• Execute flawlessly designing beautiful crafted and responsive websitesappsand digital experiences.

• Deliver compelling and striking conceptual design directions and explorations.

• Create andutilizemoderndesign-token-based Design Systems to drive brand consistency supercharge interactive prototyping andcontribute to theunification ofdesign files (Figma) and front-end codeinefficient systematicworkflows

• Collaborate closely with internal partners such as UX designers strategistsfrontend Developers BAs project managers and leadership.

• Build trusted relationships with clients through your ability to understand their needs collaborate effectively provide thoughtful recommendations and execute flawlessly.

• Pivot effortlessly as needed based on evolving requirements timelines and feedback.

• Learn about client and audience needs and contribute to the creative and design process through participation in client meetings.

What you bring:

• Great portfolio ofUI designexamplesthatshowcaseyour ability tobringbrands to lifethroughmeticulously designed digital platforms and experiences

• 5 years experience as a UIprofessional skilled inresponsiveinterface design

• 2 yearsexperience ofworking with established design systemsaswell asbuildingnew onesfrom scratch

• Experience designing complex multi-variant web-based applications

• Experience with token driven design systems

• Experience creating design system documentation

• Experience leading UI design acrossmultiple platforms

• Proven experience owning projects from start to finish

• Ability to lead workingsessionswith team members andpresentations toclients

• Proficiencywith FigmaAdobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop Illustrator)and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of the best practices for UIand interaction design for responsive experiences

• An understanding of accessibility design issues

• Agood understanding of UX best practices

• A passion forUI Design as a disciplineand a desire to see it thriveacross the business
