BIM Designer Electrical Engineering

Your Key Responsibilities 

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer who wants to work closely with Norwegian project teams and contribute to a variety of exciting Norwegian infrastructure projects 
Model setup including definitions of ducts and trench sections 
Modelling of cable ducts and above-ground electrical installations (including DWG imports) 
Setup of export rules and parameters in accordance with project standards 
Coordination with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery 
Participation in BIM coordination meetings 
Use of Trimble Connect (or similar platforms) for model sharing and collaboration 
Ensure quality and timely delivery in accordance with Norwegian standards and project requirements 

Qualifications :

We Expect That You Have 

Bachelors degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering is mandatory 
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects (roads bridges tunnels or underground ducting projects) 
Hands-on experience in BIM modelling for electrical/infrastructure systems 
Strong proficiency in tools like Revit and/or Novapoint 
Good command of English with effective communication skills 
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in modelling and documentation 
Ability to work independently in a digital and geographically distributed environment 
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in international teams 

We Appreciate If You Have 

Experience working on Norwegian or other European/Nordic projects 
Familiarity with Scandinavian standards (considered an advantage but can be learned)
