Description

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who brings technical depth operational discipline and a builders mindset. This role supports missioncritical environments across publicsector and enterprise clients ensuring reliability security and performance at scale for their client.

This Network Engineer will design implement and optimize network infrastructure while operating with clarity urgency and high accountability. This is a highimpact role with direct visibility to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Architect configure and maintain LAN/WAN routing switching and firewall infrastructure
Manage VPNs load balancers wireless networks and cloud connectivity
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues with precision
Implement network security best practices and support compliance requirements
Support infrastructure upgrades migrations and modernization initiatives
Document network diagrams configurations and operational procedures
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure resilient scalable network operations

Requirements

6 years of handson experience in network engineering or infrastructure operations
Strong expertise with Cisco Juniper Palo Alto Fortinet or equivalent platforms
Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP) and switching technologies
Experience with firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and network segmentation
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS Azure or GCP)
Ability to troubleshoot complex environments with clarity and speed
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholdermanagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP JNCIS/JNCIP PCNSE Network)
Experience supporting publicsector or regulated environments
Exposure to SDWAN Zero Trust and network automation
