Position Overview
Arkansas Lighthouse Charter Schools (ARLCS) is seeking a dynamic and mission-aligned Physical Education Teacher who is committed to developing the whole childacademically physically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality standards-aligned physical education instruction
Promote physical fitness health and wellness through engaging and structured activities
Foster a culture of teamwork sportsmanship and personal accountability
Create a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment for all scholars
Monitor and assess scholar progress in physical development and skill acquisition
Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction
Collaborate with staff to support whole-child outcomes
Maintain strong classroom management aligned with ARLCS expectations

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Physical Education Kinesiology or related field preferred)
Valid Arkansas teaching license (or eligibility to obtain through an approved pathway)
Ability to pass all required background checks
