Communications & Partnerships Manager

CARTERS has been backing Kiwi builders for generations. Known for strong relationships and a no-nonsense approach theyre now looking for a Communications & Partnerships Manager to step in and own a critical space across the business.

This is a hands-on role where youll shape how CARTERS communicates internally and externally while also building on long-standing industry partnerships. Youll also play a key role in supporting LivSpace CARTERS fast-growing design solutions brand helping build its presence in market.

About the role

Reporting to the GM Marketing youll take the lead on day-to-day communications and partnerships ensuring consistency of voice and strong engagement across multiple channels.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Writing and delivering internal and customer communications (EDMs newsletters web social presentations and printed collateral)
  • Managing key industry partnerships (e.g. Master Builders Certified Builders)
  • Identifying ways to better leverage sponsorships and partnerships
  • Supporting campaigns events and the Advantage loyalty programme
  • Improving internal communications across the business
  • Working closely with digital and design to bring content to life
  • Supporting the growth of LivSpace through internal communications content campaigns and brand activity

About you

Youre a strong writer first and foremost. You know how to take information from across a business and turn it into clear engaging content that lands.

Youll likely bring:

  • Proven experience in communications content or marketing
  • Excellent copywriting skills (this is key)
  • Experience working with stakeholders and partners
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • A practical hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Industry experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your ability to learn ask questions and translate technical information into clear messaging.
