Were seeking an experienced and proactive Administration & Purchasing Officer to join our team and support the smooth daytoday running of our operations across Parramatta and Kemps Creek.

About the Role

In this dynamic position you will be responsible for providing administrative purchasing reception and data analysis support to ensure the efficiency of our office and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities including raising processing and tracking purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and administrative documentation across systems.
• Collect analyse and report data to support operational and financial decisionmaking ensuring high data accuracy.
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide frontofhouse support by managing enquiries greeting visitors and preparing meeting rooms.
• Deliver general office administration including filing scheduling managing office supplies and supporting onboarding and compliance activities.

About You

Were looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 5 years experience in administration or purchasing
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Previous reception or customerfacing experience
• A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
