Job Summary

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning orchestrating and driving the implementation of key projects which improve service quality and deliver transformative changes.
You will play a crucial role understanding Western Union customer needs and external partner capabilities to deliver the best-in-class service solution.
You will compile reports and post-rollout reviews to conduct and maintain a detailed product performance review and its possible improvements after project release.
You will be working with external global partners and cross-functional internal teams.

Role Requirements

You will need a degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or Finance.
You must bring a strong track record of managing projects in an agile and multicultural environment.
The ideal candidate should have cross-border remittance banking or FinTech sector experience.
Understanding Compliance Privacy Legal and Settlement considerations would be a significant advantage.
Proven sharp analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Work Shift

Western Union values in-person collaboration problem solving and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
