Job Summary
Our client in the Telecoms sector is seeking a Senior L2 Infrastructure Engineer on a contract duration of 5 months.
The Senior L2 Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the organizations IT infrastructure platforms including servers networks storage and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability reliability and performance of critical infrastructure systems supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms. The role also provides Level-2 operational support troubleshooting complex incidents and driving infrastructure improvements aligned with enterprise technology standards.

Educational Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline (mandatory).
- Professional Certifications (preferred):
- Microsoft / Linux Infrastructure Certifications
- VMware / Virtualization Certifications
- Cloud Certifications (AWS Azure GCP)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Relevant Experience
- 710 years experience in infrastructure operations or systems engineering.
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization server management and storage platforms.
- Experience supporting hybrid or cloud infrastructure environments.
